To facilitate in all HR Matters pertaining to:
Recruitment, interviews and selection of employees to fill vacant positions.
· Responsible for employee orientation.
· Keeps records of benefits plans
· Process and record HR transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics
· Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
· Facilitate in preparation of HR budget and plans.
